I am James Borrero, real estate investor and founder of BYCO HOLDING, a group responsible for investing our capital and structuring real estate investments for our clients. In Colombia we have a network of real estate professionals who exclusively manage an excellent portfolio of properties and the best human qualities, always ready to offer the best value proposition. Since 2015 I have been investing in the United States and in my early stages I faced challenges due to not having professional and honest advice to help me optimize my investment. For that reason, I decided to capitalize on my learning and accompany Latin American investors who seek to protect and grow their assets in dollars by providing criteria, experience and structure in each operation. I operate in Florida and Baltimore, combining wealth growth strategies and cash flow generation, with a long-term focus, transparency and risk control.
